Refunds also exclude made-to-order items and any non-returnable items explicitly indicated on their respective product pages. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of arrival. Item must be returned in original, unused condition. Please note that we do not offer direct exchange services to swap a purchased item for a different product ID.
