The gentle color and shine of rose-cut green quartz creates an elegant and mature item.
A design inspired by Futaba is placed on the side of the stone frame, creating a beautiful finish even when viewed from the side.
By creating a watermark, we let in a lot of light and create a gentle sparkle.
It is a simple yet delicate item filled with a lot of attention to detail.
The combination with aquamarine (March birthstone) adds freshness.

Shipping

We will prepare your order within 1 – 5 days after the order confirmation date.
If the product is made-to-order, the shipping period will be as stated in the product description.
As soon as an order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent, from which the customer can track his/her order.

We cannot be held responsible for external factors which may delay or prevent a delivery.

Shipments to countries outside Japan may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
In case the buyer refuses to pay customs taxes and additional fees and then refuses to receive the shipment, we will NOT refund.
We are also not responsible for any items detained or otherwise confiscated by the given customs office. We will NOT refund for this situation.
Please note that delivery may be delayed at customs and we are not responsible for the delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package at the given address. Even if you are not home when the package arrives, you will need to request redelivery or go to the storage location to pick it up.
If the package is returned to us and we have to resend it because the buyer is not present even though we sent it to the specified address, we will charge you the return shipping fee, the reshipping fee, and a handling fee of 800 JPY. Please understand that we will not be able to resend your order until the invoice is paid.

During peak seasons (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas), courier companies may experience a delay in delivery. If you notice any transportation issues, please contact us for assistance.

If the package is damaged when you receive it, please take pictures of it before you open it and send us the pictures by email. We will then send you the instructions to follow.

Returns & Exchanges

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We accept returns or exchanges for items except for pierced earrings such as clip-on earrings, ear cuffs, necklaces, bracelets, and rings.

To return and exchange an item, the customer has to contact us within 14 days of delivery. The customer will then receive the instructions to follow by email.

Products purchased during sales or promotion campaigns will be refunded according to the conditions of the campaign.

It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, without any signs of use; if not in perfect condition, the return or exchange may not be accepted.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the articles reach our office in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, the return or exchange may not be accepted.

Handling Instructions

Our jewelry is made very delicately. Please be sure not to drop or hit it or put too much pressure on it. Also, we highly recommend that you take it off when you cook, do the dishes, take a bath, go to bed, or do sports.

Base metal such as gold, silver, and platinum can get scratched or tarnished during use. Please periodically polish our product with a jewelry cleaner.
Please note: if the surface of the product is processed with coating, polishing it with a cloth or cleaner might cause damage to the texture.

A silver product may get tarnished black through chemical reactions with moisture or sulfur content in the air or cosmetics. Please refrain from wearing it for a long time and leaving it with moisture on its surface. After use, please clean and polish it with a soft cloth and store it in a dry condition while putting it in a small plastic bag or wrapping it in a cloth to prevent it from exposing to air.

Precious stones can get damaged with hit and may fall off when stricken or caught in a fiber of clothes. Furthermore, Delicate materials such as pearl, emerald, opal, turquoise, and
white-lipped oyster shells might get tarnished or dulled through chemical reactions with sweat, chemicals, cosmetics, or perfume. When using a jewelry cleaner, please be sure to read the handling instructions carefully.
