Order Processing & Dispatch

Preparation Time: Orders are typically prepared within 1 – 6 days after the order confirmation date.

Made-to-Order Items: For made-to-order products, the shipping period will be as specified in the individual product description.

Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyer’s Responsibility: Shipments to countries outside Japan may be subject to customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled at the respective customs office.

Customs Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance processes. The Company is not responsible for such delays.

Delivery & Failure to Receive

Recipient's Duty: It is the buyer's responsibility to receive the package at the specified address. If you are not home, you must request redelivery or pick up the package from the designated storage location within the carrier's retention period.

Return to Sender: If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed, an incorrect address, refusal to pay import duties, or refusal to receive the shipment, we will notify the buyer of the return. In such cases, the Company will charge the buyer for the following costs. We will resend the product only after confirming the full payment of these costs by the buyer:

  1. Actual shipping costs (including initial delivery, return to Japan, and reshipping fees).
  2. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (including advancement fees charged by carriers) incurred during the initial delivery and the return process.
  3. Storage fees charged by the carrier or customs office.
  4. Reasonable administrative and inspection fees.

[ Special Provision Regarding Non-payment of Fees ]

Application: This provision applies if payment is not received within 60 days after the aforementioned fees have been requested, or if the buyer remains unresponsive to our notifications during this period.

Calculation and Notification of Refund Amount: The Company will calculate the following expenses based on the condition of the returned product and notify the buyer of the amount remaining after deducting these costs from the original product price:

  1. Actual shipping costs (including initial delivery and return to Japan).
  2. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (including advancement fees charged by carriers) incurred during the initial delivery and the return process.
  3. Storage fees charged by the carrier or customs office.
  4. Costs required to restore the product to a saleable condition, such as repair, mending, or cleaning.
  5. Reasonable administrative and inspection fees.
  6. Other reasonable actual damages incurred by the Company due to the return.
    For made-to-order products (e.g., character collaboration items), this includes the full product price as actual damages due to the limited sales period and licensing agreements, which prevent resale or long-term storage.

Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the product shall transfer to the Company, and the buyer shall lose all rights to dispose of the product, at the time of either of the following:

  1. The completion of the payment of the refund amount calculated in the preceding paragraph to the buyer.
  2. The issuance of the notification to the buyer that the calculated refund amount is zero or less, and therefore no payment will be made.

Company's Rights: After ownership is transferred to the Company pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Company may freely dispose of the product in any way, such as repairing, cleaning, reselling, or recycling it.

External Factors & Peak Seasons

Delays: We cannot be held responsible for external factors that may delay or prevent delivery.

Peak Seasons: During high-traffic periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas), courier companies may experience delays. If you notice any transportation issues, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items

Reporting Damage: If the package is damaged upon arrival, please take clear photographs of the unopened package and send them to us via email immediately. We will then provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed.

Returns and Refunds Due to Customer's Convenience

Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product (including the box and accessories) is unused.
  • A return request has been made within 7 days after the product arrival.
  • The product has been shipped within 14 days after the product arrival.
  • The product is not a made-to-order product such as a character collaboration item.
  • The product is not excluded from returns (refer to the respective product page).
  • The product was purchased at this online shop.
  • The product's certificate card is included in the return package.

If multiple items were ordered at once, it is possible to return only a portion of the items.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • If traces of use on the product are found.
  • If the product has acquired odors, stains, or damage while in the customer's possession.
  • If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories) upon arrival at our company is different from the time of shipment.
Refund Amount

If a return is accepted, the refund will be the product price minus the following charges (a full refund is not possible):

  • Shipping Fee: All shipping costs borne by the Company from the beginning of the transaction for the relevant order.
    * Even if the product was purchased with free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Payment Processing Fee: 5% of the total amount of the returned product price (including tax) plus the shipping fee.

Note that if the remaining amount after deduction is 0 or less, a refund will not be accepted.

Handling of Ineligible Returns

If a product is returned to us without meeting the eligibility criteria for a return or refund, the shipment will be handled in accordance with the "Return to Sender" and "Special Provision Regarding Non-payment of Fees" sections of our Shipping Policy.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for all fees and actual damages as specified in the aforementioned sections. We will resend the product only after confirming the full payment of these costs. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped (*1). If a cancellation is accepted, the full amount of the product price will be refunded.
However, cancellation is not accepted after the order has been placed for made-to-order products such as character collaboration items. Failure to receive the product (e.g., long-term absence or refusal to pay re-shipping fees) shall be deemed an attempt at unauthorized cancellation. In such cases, the Company will handle the product in accordance with the "Special Provision Regarding Non-payment of Fees " section above.

(*1) "Before the item is shipped" refers to before the Company sends the shipment notification email to the customer.

Product Exchange

Exchange Conditions

If any of the following apply, the product will be exchanged for a correct product if you contact us within 7 days from the product arrival:

  • The delivered product was different from the ordered product.
  • The product was defective, such as being damaged upon arrival.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is only possible if the product is unused. If traces of use are found, it will result in free or paid repair.

  1. To first grasp the situation, please send photos of the arrived product and its certificate card. We would appreciate multiple photos taken from different angles of the product.
  2. If the situation is confirmed by the photos and it is deemed a case that can be handled, please return the product and the certificate card.
  3. We will inspect the physical returned product and make the final decision on whether an exchange is possible.
Notes on Return Shipping and Shipping Costs
  • We will refund a flat rate of 800 JPY as compensation for the shipping cost from the customer to our office. However, the shipping costs exceeding the compensation amount will, regrettably, be the customer's responsibility. Please refrain from sending items cash on delivery.
  • Please be sure to use a traceable shipping method.
  • Please pack the product carefully to prevent damage or loss.
  • The product's certificate card must be included.
  • The shipping cost from the Company to the customer will be borne by the Company.

Repair

Free Repair
Application

Even if the damage occurred due to customer use, free repair will only be provided if it was not the customer's fault and the damage occurred within 30 days from the product arrival.

  • Disclaimer: If the damage was caused by the customer's handling, such as bumping, dropping, or pulling, it will result in paid repair.
  • If it is claimed that the product broke after only one month of use, several months after the product arrival, the Company cannot verify the claim and will treat it as having exceeded the 30 days.
  • Please note that if the product is damaged again after being repaired and delivered, it will result in paid repair even if it is within 30 days of the original arrival.

Handling Instructions

Our jewelry is made very delicately. Please be sure not to drop or hit it or put too much pressure on it. Also, we highly recommend that you take it off when you cook, do the dishes, take a bath, go to bed, or do sports.

Base metal such as gold, silver, and platinum can get scratched or tarnished during use. Please periodically polish our product with a jewelry cleaner.
Please note: if the surface of the product is processed with coating, polishing it with a cloth or cleaner might cause damage to the texture.

A silver product may get tarnished black through chemical reactions with moisture or sulfur content in the air or cosmetics. Please refrain from wearing it for a long time and leaving it with moisture on its surface. After use, please clean and polish it with a soft cloth and store it in a dry condition while putting it in a small plastic bag or wrapping it in a cloth to prevent it from exposing to air.

Precious stones can get damaged with hit and may fall off when stricken or caught in a fiber of clothes. Furthermore, Delicate materials such as pearl, emerald, opal, turquoise, and
white-lipped oyster shells might get tarnished or dulled through chemical reactions with sweat, chemicals, cosmetics, or perfume. When using a jewelry cleaner, please be sure to read the handling instructions carefully.
